Refund Policy

Because all Trash Life products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at srseocerts@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at srseocerts@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items ordered in the wrong size (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items
